This workshop will be conducted over 5 interactive sessions to be held once per week. Dr. Amr Abdalla, Karamah’s Senior Advisor on Conflict Resolution, will conduct the workshop. The course will provide participants with key concepts and skills for effective conflict resolution in family, community and workplace settings. It will include perspectives derived from Quran and Sunnah using conflict resolution research lens in order to emphasize the Islamic guidance of peaceful behavior in times of conflict. The workshop uses interactive and participatory pedagogies and provides safe space for participants’ sharing and growth.
